One of the hardest things I encountered while I was studying for my undergraduate and post-graduate program was running through the list of scholarships and awards that were available. There was so much (but most were not for me), and it was so daunting having to go through them all. Most times I ended up not applying because it was so frustrating. Most female settlers in Canada do not have time to go through the list when they are searching for educational opportunities.
For every woman trying to gain post-secondary education or return to school, there is still hope of having your education mostly paid for. I have pulled together a list of scholarships, awards and bursaries available to Canadian residents and to immigrant women. This list is not specific to any post-secondary.
