World Skills will provide job search support to women with a focus on portfolio and career development, and essential skills enhancement.
World Skills will focus on matching highly skilled newcomers with commensurate employment. Participants from both models will have access to job matching services with a Recruitment Specialist and post-hiring support to facilitate participants’ access and integration into the workforce.
