RBC Capital Markets is committed to fostering workplace diversity. RBC Pathways aims to recognize and reward outstanding undergraduate students studying full-time at a Canadian university or college who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Colour, and who are passionate about pursuing a full-time career in Investment Banking or Global Markets through a dual scholarship-internship opportunity. RBC Pathways Scholarship recipients earn an offer to join the RBC Capital Markets Summer Analyst Program in Toronto (in Investment Banking or Global Markets) and a $10,000 scholarship at the start of their internship.
